Doula Services
•Unlimited assistance by phone and email during your pregnancy and for four weeks after your baby is born
•One 2nd trimester visit to discuss nutrition, prenatal exercises, your birth plan, and answer any questions you might have.
•Two 3rd trimester visits where we will review your birth plan and discuss and practice various comfort measures such as relaxation, breathing, massage, visualization, as well as optimal positions for labor and birth
•On call 24/7 two weeks before and after your estimated due date
•Continuous support during labor and birth for you and your partner. Once Baby is born I will stay until you are settled and ready for me to go. My standard fee is $400. I do accept payment plans and I also accept bartering arrangements.
